Shipping & Delivery

1.Due to transportation route restrictions and other uncontrollable factors, we only send to some countries/regions. If your country/region is not listed, we cannot ship. Sorry!

2.All of our items are handmade to order, current order processing time is 1-2 weeks. Most countries typically receive orders about 1-2 weeks after shipping.

3.We ship all orders from our small sewing studio in China.(We are located in a small town with mountains and rivers, which is very beautiful. :) )

4.We will use the most suitable shipping company according to different countries, such as USPS for packages sent to the United States. You can check your tracking information through the following link: https://www.17track.net/en Alternatively, please send us an email and we would be happy to assist you with your inquiry. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

5.ChiChiandWaWa is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.

6.Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for international deliveries outside of China and are not included in your order’s total. ChiChiandWaWa assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges.

7.We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. Due to varying customs and freight costs International sales are final.

8.ChiChiandWaWa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. But please contact us if your parcel hasn't been delivered within 2 month period of shipping time. We will file a lost parcel claimwith PostOffice. Please note we will not be able to refund lost parcels only issue a store credit to the value of your order minus shipping costs(once Postoffice sends a confirmation that the parcel has been lost).
